On February 1, 2023 guest lecture was organized at Don Bosco Tech Society Gurdaspur centre for Ecommerce Executive Domain. Mr. Ramandeep Singh (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Jatinder Singh & Mr. Harmanpreet Singh (Trainer) were also participated in this session. Mr. Ramandeep Singh Introduced the Guest Mrs. Parmeet Kaur Senior Executive in Blue Dart at Gurdaspur. She addressed the students with the usage and applications of E-commerce. The lecture aimed to teach the students about what e-commerce is about, and comprised topics of such as value chain and its typical marketplace models. Electronic commerce, in general referred as e-commerce, is the tradeoff or simplification of trading in products or services using computer networks.
She explained with many industries focusing on supply chain management, he stressed upon a B2B scenario. She explained how each click on any E-retailing site will generate an information and a huge data set is initiated in this manner and how this set of data can be used to venture a new business model or used to draw customers to our site, keep them engaged, and ultimately compel them to recognize high credibility with what we have to offer them.

It was very informative and interactive, helping the students to become more knowledgeable, which is crucial, especially in the age of technology where e-commerce is becoming rapidly prevalent. In the end, she responded to the questions of trainees. At the end everybody enjoy the session.
