On Dated June 15, 2022 guest lecture was organized on at Gurdaspur centre for Ecommerce Executive Domain Don Bosco Tech Society Gurdaspur organized Guest Lecture Mr. Ramandeep Singh (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Jatinder Singh & Mr. Harmanpreet Singh (Trainer) were also participated in this session. Mr. Ramandeep Singh Introduced the Guest Mr. Ashok Kumar Sales Manager in D-Mart at Gurdaspur.

He has a good experience of more than eight Years of Marketing and online sale purchase. He shares his experience with trainees. The session started with the brief introduction of sale and marketing as a job profile. He shared many inside stories which helped students to learn the facts. He explain related to online marketing that how actually they attracted their customers and what are the strategies they were using at the time of sales. He shares Marketing Strategies, importance of re-positioning, importance online marketing, communication with staff and customer, Leadership, work manners, Time Management.

Then he explained the usage of packaging and promotion as a whole which gives the major impact to the trainees and also he explained about how we sales and purchase through online market, which is very useful in these days. He interacts with our trainees and trainees also share their past experience regarding sales and purchase. He also described how to interact with the customers and try to understand their needs.

In the session with keen interest and raised questions about how to make career in the field of sales and online marketing. In the end, He responded to the questions of trainees.
