On dated January 27, 2020, a Guest Lecture on Trainee Associate was done at DB Tech Gurdaspur center, Mr. Amratpal (Sales Executive) from Sahib Furniture comes to the Centre and interact with trainees. He briefed the trainees about the growth of career in Sales, Retail and marketing field. He explains the difference between customer and consumer to trainees.

He also told the trainees how to look forward to customers. He explained to the students how to break the clutter i.e. Advertising by keeping in mind three major things, related to marketing how they attracted their customers and what are strategies they were using at the time of sales. He shared many Adobe India Marketing Strategies, the importance of re-positioning, the importance of Team, Leadership, Time Management.

He explained various job profiles offered to market students and the certifications which can be done along with higher study to obtain an edge over others. Students interacted in the session with keen interest and raised questions about how to make a career in the field of sales. In the end, He responded to the questions of students. In end, Mr. Amratpal wished them a bright future. And trainees end the session with greeted the guest with loud applause.
