On May 29, 2024, Don Bosco Tech Sambalpur organized an eye-opening exposure visit to Sapna Arts, located near Madanawati Public School in Ainthapali, Sambalpur, Odisha. This initiative aimed to enrich the professional ethics and knowledge of its trainees. Under the expert guidance of Mr. Lalgopal Nanda (Domain Trainer) and Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera (Centre Coordinator), all Graphic Designer trainees embarked on this enlightening journey.

Upon arrival, the trainees were warmly welcomed by Mr. Saroj Chand, the proprietor of Sapna Arts. With great enthusiasm, Mr. Saroj explained the intricate processes involved in graphic product production, showcasing various methods and activities. The trainees were given a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in producing graphic products in hard copy through diverse printing techniques. They were introduced to a spectrum of design printing productions, including flex printing, banner printing, card printing, bill book printing, and printing on rigid materials like sunboard, hard plastic, tin panels, and steel panels.

During the visit, Mr. Saroj shared invaluable insights on starting a career in graphic design. He emphasized the importance of mastering design principles, practicing graphic design tools, working on real projects, and developing a robust portfolio. His guidance provided the trainees with a clear roadmap to success in the graphic design industry.

The trainees actively engaged in the session, posing insightful questions to clarify their doubts, which Mr. Saroj addressed with patience and expertise. Reflecting on the experience, the trainees expressed, "Overall, the trip was highly informative and educative."
