On October 20, 2022 guest lecture was organized at Gurdaspur centre for CRM Domestic Voice Domain. Mr. Ramandeep Singh (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Jatinder Singh & Mr. Harmanpreet Singh (Trainer) were also participated in this session. Mr. Ramandeep Singh Introduced the Guest Mr.Jivanjot Singh (Customer Service Executive) in Career Solution Group at Pathankot. He delivered an interesting talk about how to retain the customers with the knowledge of CRM. He explain when people talk about CRM, they are usually referring to a CRM system, a tool that helps with contact management, sales management, productivity, and more. While interacting with the trainees about the scope of students prospects of working in such environment, he said that working with dedication, passion and pure professionalism are the most important things in any career including the BPO sector. He discussed various skills which a best customer service representative should possess. He included in his lecture different processes of BPO and focused on communication skills. He explain this course will help the learner to identify types of customers, handle customer’s queries, improve communication skills, work as a team member, make decisions that will help in maintaining balance in your work life and use of various Internet services etc.

The trainees were persuaded with the overview of workplace and job profile and it gave them an idea of how their jobs are going to be like. It was a quite interactive session in which trainees asked number of questions and our guest was quiet patient to answer all the queries. At the end everybody enjoy the session and feel happy.
