On 24 November 2025, Don Bosco Tech Society, Karunapuram, Telangana, undertook an important step towards strengthening transparency and accountability through a comprehensive document verification process. The visit was led by Balaraju, Placement Coordinator for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, who personally supervised and cross-checked the documents of trainees enrolled in the Ecommerce domain under the Skills to Succeed 25–26 Project.

Document verification stands as a cornerstone in the effective administration of any skill development center. It plays a vital role in ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided by trainees and staff, thereby upholding the integrity and credibility of the institution. During the visit, essential documents such as Aadhaar cards, SSC certificates, and Intermediate certificates were meticulously verified to confirm the eligibility and genuineness of each trainee.

This rigorous process not only helps in preventing fraudulent admissions and safeguarding employment opportunities but also ensures that the benefits of training reach deserving candidates. By maintaining strict verification standards, the center reinforces its commitment to fairness, transparency, and quality in skill development initiatives.

Furthermore, document verification ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, protecting the institution from potential discrepancies and strengthening its reputation as a reliable and responsible training provider.
