On January 14, 2025, the DB Tech Yadgiri team embarked on a heartfelt mission to connect with the families of our aspiring candidates, aiming to bridge the gap between skill training and meaningful employment. As part of Don Bosco Tech Society’s commitment to empowering youth, we visited several homes, engaging in deep and insightful conversations with parents who held concerns about their children's future.

Through patience and understanding, we addressed their hesitations, shared success stories, and reassured them about the opportunities awaiting their children. Witnessing their gradual shift from uncertainty to confidence was truly inspiring. By the end of our discussions, many parents wholeheartedly agreed to support their children in taking this vital step toward financial independence.

Recognizing the challenges of migration, we carefully considered their preferences and made arrangements to place the candidates in job opportunities within Gulbarga and Shahapur. This thoughtful decision ensures that they can embark on their professional journeys without being uprooted from their familiar surroundings.
