On May 19th, 22 students participated in an engaging session organized for the CCE batch. The activity, conducted under the guidance of the Wadhwani Foundation, focused on the theme of "Effective Phone Conversation."

Designed as a role-play exercise, the session aimed to equip students with practical communication skills necessary for professional phone interactions. To make the learning process dynamic and hands-on, the class was divided into three groups, with each group assigned a unique scenario to enact. Students applied the five essential rules of effective phone communication while performing their scenarios, demonstrating clarity, politeness, and purpose in their interactions.

The role plays showcased the students’ enthusiasm, creativity, and understanding of professional communication norms. Beyond practicing conversations, the activity encouraged active listening, empathy, and adaptability—key components of successful professional communication.

The session concluded with reflections on each scenario, allowing students to receive constructive feedback and internalize the best practices for real-life phone conversations. The activity not only met its objectives but also provided an enjoyable and insightful learning experience, preparing students for confident and effective communication in their future professional endeavors.
