A paper tower building activity was conducted for the trainees to  develop teamwork, communication, creativity and problem-solving skills. The trainees were divided into teams and given paper to build the tallest and strongest tower within the given time. They shared ideas, together to complete the task. The activity was enjoyable and helped trainees understand the importance of cooperation, coordination, leadership and effective communication.
