On 7th October 2025, at Don Bosco Tech Yadgiri, we organized an exciting Team Building activity designed to foster collaboration, coordination, and patience among our trainees.
The participants were divided into two groups of seven members each and seated in a line. Each team was given a small ball to pass using only their feet, with the ultimate goal of getting it to the last member, who then had to carefully place it in a bowl.
This lively and engaging activity not only brought out the spirit of teamwork but also helped the trainees experience firsthand the value of patience, mutual support, and synchronization in achieving a common goal. Laughter, encouragement, and friendly competition filled the room, making it a truly memorable experience for all involved.
Activities like these at Don Bosco Tech not only strengthen bonds among our trainees but also prepare them to work effectively in real-world scenarios, emphasizing that success is always a collective effort.
