On 21 November 2025, Don Bosco Tech Society successfully conducted a monthly assessment for the IT Customer Care Executive (CCE) Batch B7, creating an engaging and reflective learning milestone for the trainees. Held from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM and designed for a total of 50 marks, the assessment was thoughtfully structured to evaluate both conceptual understanding and practical application of key components from the IT CCE syllabus.
The test offered a comprehensive blend of English language skills essential for customer care professionals. Trainees explored a wide range of topics including Parts of Speech, Sentence Formation, Articles, Direct and Indirect Speech, Active and Passive Voice, as well as functional writing skills such as Letter Writing, Mail Writing, Paragraph Writing, and Essay Writing. This diverse coverage ensured that learners were assessed not only on grammatical accuracy but also on clarity, coherence, and professional communication—skills that are vital in real-world customer interaction scenarios.
What stood out during the assessment was the enthusiasm and sincerity with which all trainees participated. The examination hall reflected a focused and positive atmosphere, highlighting the learners’ commitment to their personal and professional growth. Beyond scores and grades, the assessment served as a meaningful tool to gauge progress, reinforce learning, and identify areas that require further guidance and practice. Such initiatives reaffirm Don Bosco Tech Society’s dedication to nurturing confident, skilled, and industry-ready professionals, while making the learning journey both purposeful and inspiring for every trainee involved.
