On 16th June 2025, the DB Tech Yadgir Centre had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Shivalela, a distinguished alumna currently employed at TATA Electronics, for an interactive session with trainees from the Digital Mitra and IT CCE batches.

During her visit, Ms. Shivalela offered an insider’s perspective on her journey at TATA Electronics, providing invaluable insights that went beyond standard corporate knowledge. She discussed the company’s salary structure, overtime benefits, and the comprehensive food and accommodation facilities available to employees. Beyond the logistical aspects, she also shed light on the nature of work and the diverse job roles within the organization, giving trainees a realistic understanding of professional expectations and career growth opportunities.

The session culminated in a dynamic Q&A segment, where trainees engaged actively, clarifying their doubts about daily responsibilities, workplace culture, and strategies to excel in a corporate environment. The interaction proved to be not just informative but inspiring, leaving trainees with a fresh perspective on professional life and practical guidance for their future careers.
