The farewell event was conducted on April 22nd, 2021 by Don Bosco Tech staff and students of the Retail Batch. In an emotional atmosphere inside the hall of the Centre, 24 students and 3 staff gathered for the grand farewell function held here at the center. The farewell event was organized by the Retail Batch students of Don Bosco Tech Punalur. They made all the arrangements which include proper sitting arrangements for the students and the trainers, for the conduction of a small event, etc.
The function started with a prayer song by our student Muhammed Nabeel. Firstly, Mrs. Gracy gave a warm welcome to all. On the day of farewell, under the guidance of the D B Tech team, several events were organized to mark this moment which would go down the memory of the outgoing students of this batch. Thereafter, Mrs. Geethu Angel welcomed the outgoing students of this Batch. She thanked the trainers for their endearing efforts in shaping up the destiny of a trainee and for being there when it mattered. She motivated the students for their jobs and secures a bright future. She even said everyone to stay in touch through phone, Whatsapp group, and social media.
The students were also called to say something about this Centre, their trainers and their experience in this course. This created an emotional environment in the classroom. The day was a memorable one, both for the outgoing batch and the trainers. There was a lot of emotion and nostalgia as students took photographs around the majestic center building where they had spent their time in this course.
Due to covid- 19, packed food items and drinks were given to them. Students enjoyed a lot in these three months. The event ended at 3.00 pm with National Anthem by our students.
