Don Bosco Tech Punalur arranged an online Placement Orientation Session through the Google Meet application on November 26, 2021, for the Accenture batch phase11 (Retail Sales Associate and E-Commerce Executive). This program is the aim to shape their future career.

Mrs. Maheshwari, Kaval Project Coordinator, the staff members, and 52 trainees participated in the session. The session started at 3:00 pm with a prayer song by our trainee Miss. Aswathy and our trainer Mrs.Gracy Francis, English Trainer welcomed the session.

Almost everyone knows someone who overcame early hardships to achieve an impressive level of success in life. Most of us also know young people with great early promise who were lackadaisical and floundered after leaving school. Often the crucial factor that accounts for cases like these is the students’ own motivation to learn.                             

 Motivation is a central part of a student’s educational experience from school onward, but it has received very little attention among the educational reform agendas which mainly focus on accountability, quality, and quality of test trainers.

Mrs. Maheshwari, Kaval Project Coordinator started the session on Trainees Motivation. She exposed that education reform could benefit from a strong conversation about the overlooked element of trainee motivation. It is intended to start a conversation about the importance of motivation and the policies and practices that might better engage trainees in learning.
