Meeting and parting ways are life’s crossroads. Likewise, the trainees met each other virtually, a 3-month ago and they are now stationed at the split roads to begin the next phase of their lives. To cherish this moment, the Don Bosco Tech, Punalur center held a befitting send-off to their dearest 24 Retail Sales nurtured professionls on January 11, 2022.
The gathering was held with the esteemed presence of all the staff and students who delivered their part effectively. The get-together, as per the schedule, lasted for about two and a half hours which kick-started at 10.00 am. To begin the program successfully, it started with a prayer song led by Surabi S (Trainee). Going further, Mrs. Gracy (Trainer, Communicative English) welcomed everyone. On the other hand, Mrs. Geethu Angel (Trainer, Retail Sales) thanked them for their cooperation and trainers, for their endearing efforts in shaping the lives of these youngsters. Besides appreciating, the trainer also outlined the job prospects in the Retail market. She continued, said, ‘Let everyone continue to be connected through calls and messages at least.”
The students gave their testimonials voluntarily. This moment was an emotional one as each trainee shared their bonding towards each other and how they are going to miss it. Taking selfies and photographing are some of the new ways of capturing the moment. However, this time, the trainees were satisfied with the screen-shots.
Finally, to conclude the program, everyone sang the National Anthem.
