On 23rd April 2021, Don Bosco Tech Punalur trainees appeared for a Final assessment. It was conducted online due to COVID-19. There were twenty-seven trainees from the Retail management domain who attended the online assessment.

Trainees were given proper instruction and were prepared well in advance, with which there was no confusion regarding the online assessment. Each trainee had a good experience and they did well. On the day of assessment, trainers shared screen records to show, how they could attend the online assessment. The assessment began at 11.00 am. The online link was shared with every trainee15 minutes before. Almost all trainees completed the assessment on time, except a few trainees who faced network issues. They waited for 5 to 10 minutes to continue. Thus they lost their time. The other challenge was that they could not view the images in some questions. They had to wait in order to view these images.

Some of the trainees couldn’t continue their assessment, it showed the candidate test is already completed. This was reported to the assessor who resumed the assessment so that the students could continue their exam. The students actively attended the assessment. The exam was extraordinary for the students as they attended the first online assessment. There they have used their brilliance of learning in the online classes. They shared their screenshots with the trainers. The assessment was completed by 6:00 pm and proved to be a great success.
