The valuable guest lecture on “Hospitality growth and the career of Housekeeping Executive” was held on October 22, 2021, at Don Bosco Tech Society, Sambalpur by virtual platform. The guest lecture began with a welcome address by the domain trainer Mr Dillip Kumar Behera. He introduced and welcomed Mr Jajati Keshari Nayak to deliver the lecture.

The session was then continued by Mr Nayak with warm greetings to the trainees and congrats to the students for choosing their career in the growing hospitality Sectors. During his session, he delivered some precious words to the trainees like a profession in hotels which is one of the glamorous professions. The career in housekeeping Executive courses in India is pleasurable with high pays checks and regular promotions. He said the mission of the training program is to meet the needs of the industry and community by preparing individuals to become successful professionals who are capable of assuming leadership roles in a dynamic, multi-cultural, and domestic job market. He also shared his own career and how he reached his position from the bottom level. Some practical knowledge and some important tips were given by him to trainees.

The attention and response of our trainees were excellent. After the session, Mr Nayak offered to appoint a minimum of 6 candidates in their organization. Eventually, Mr Nayak urged the trainees to persevere and remain determined throughout their careers. In our wonderful hospitality industry, anything is possible with perseverance and determination

The session ended with a hearty thanks to Mr Jajati Keshari Nayak by support domain trainer Mr Sarada Prasad Nanda in appreciation for taking the time out to educate the students.
