On March 17, 2026, Don Bosco Tech, Sambalpur organized a guest lecture session for Batch-06 trainees of the IT Customer Care Executive course. The purpose of the session was to give trainees real industry knowledge and help them understand workplace expectations.

The program started with a welcome address by Mr. Sarada Prasad Nanda. He explained how important such sessions are for improving trainees’ skills and building confidence. He also introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Ranjan Bhoi, Manager at Gaumaya Paints, Sambalpur.

During the session, Mr. Ranjan appreciated the trainees for choosing a career in IT customer support. He explained that this role connects people, technology, and problem-solving. He clearly described the main responsibilities of an IT Customer Care Executive, such as handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chats, solving basic technical issues, maintaining records, creating service tickets, and communicating professionally.

He also spoke about the importance of soft skills like communication, patience, empathy, problem-solving, and time management. He explained that both technical knowledge and good behavior are important for success in this field.

Mr. Ranjan shared his personal career journey, which motivated the trainees. He encouraged them to stay dedicated, keep learning, and be confident in facing challenges.

The trainees actively participated in the session and asked questions about career growth and required skills. They found the session very helpful and gained better clarity about the job role.

The session ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera, who thanked the guest speaker for his valuable guidance.
