2nd Guest Lecture For CRM Domestic Non-Voice Trainees

It was on Monday, November 18, 2019, when the Don Bosco Tech, Chitradurga center made it the 2nd Guest Lecture for the CRM Domestic Non-Voice trainees. Mr. Harish Kumar (Supervisor, Exide Life Insurance) came as a resource person who oriented the candidates on BPO; Voice & Non Voice Process.
Mr. Javeed (Trainer, BPO) welcomed the resource person. Mr. Kumar started to brief the trainees on the importance of working in BPO sector, its advantages, benefits and growth. Showing the earning level he said, “The employees are paid on the basis of their performance, besides monthly remuneration.” After that he streamlined his talk to the job specific and said, “The accuracy in understanding the pre-script and putting it down into the electronic text format is very important. The expected accuracy is 95%. The expected typing speed is 35 wpm. He suggested our trainees to increase the typing speed as 35 wpm & accuracy will be minimum 95% .Specially focused on how to prepare for the interview by giving demo and he takes place the session on HR policies and he explained about growth in a BPO sector.”
It was like a music to the ear to hear him say that the current requirement is around 10 to 15 candidate for both voice process & non-voice (Data Entry) process and the deserving candidates of their center can be hired. For about 10-15 minutes he spent clarifying doubtsof the trainees.
The session completed with a thanks giving to Mr. Kumar for his availability. The trainees felt happy with the session and trainees expressed their readiness to work.
