"2nd Guest Lecture For CRM Domestic Non-Voice Trainees on BPO"

Don Bosco Tech Society (Chitradurga) conducted a guest lecture on March 11, 2020, for the trainees of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Domestic Non-Voice domain. Mr. Vinay Kumar (Team Leader, Growmax Solution Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore), was invited to brief the trainees. Mr. Javeed (Trainer, CRM) welcomed and introduced the guest to the trainees.
The session covered topics like voice and non-voice process of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and its benefits, limitations, growth.
Mr. Vinay Kumar focused on the importance of working in BPO; the benefits and growth. He said, “The employees are paid on a targeted basis besides monthly remuneration.” He added “Accuracy is important in understanding pre-scripts and putting them into electronic text format. The expected accuracy is 95%. And the expected typing speed is 35 words per minute (wpm).”
He requested the domain trainer to ensure trainees increase their typing speed to 40 wpm, and the accuracy to 95%. Particularly, he seemed to have concerned about how to prepare for the interview as he spent some time, demonstrating. He gave some tips to the trainees before going to work and said, “Belief in your potential. If you are good at communication, you probably will get a promotion.”
“Currently, there are around 10 to 15 job openings for voice process and non-voice (data entry) process in my company,” he said.
As the trainees had raised a lot of questions, he spared no stone unturned to clarify all of them.
