Rangoli Competition to Develop Aesthetic Sense Among Don Bosco Tech- Chitradurga Trainees

To develop aesthetic sense among trainees, Don Bosco Tech- Chitradurga organized the "Rangoli competition" on Thursday, November 28, 2019, under the guidance of Fr. Sonychen Mathew, (Director, Don Bosco Chitradurga) and trainers at 02:00 pm.
The theme for the competition was 'The Spirit of Design”. The main message of the competition was to respect the tradition, coordination and recognize the culture of our Country. The competition started by dividing the trainees into 6 groups (Challenging stars, Shining stars, Power stars, nine stars, Abdul Kalam and Madakari) for the Rangoli competition. Trainees participated in earnestly and came with new ideas. Trainees made beautiful designs.
Power star team stood first with their outstanding rangoli design. The second and third position was shared by Nine Stars and Challenging stars. Mrs Antony Theresa, (Programme Coordinator), Mrs. Ruksan (Beautician Trainer), Mrs Bharathi (SHG Coordinator), Br. Narsappa and Ms Veena (Coordinator of CREAM Project) graced the event to judge the participants.
The winners will receive the prizes by the Fr. Sonychen Mathew on December 21, 2019, on the occasion of 2nd parents meeting along with the valedictory programme. The memorable event concluded at 05:00 pm.
