2nd Parents meet cum graduation day
21 Mar 2026
On 10 March 2026, DB Tech JVS Palda organized an engaging and interactive Parents’ Query Session as part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen transparency, trust, and communication between the institute and families of trainees. The session served as a meaningful platform where parents could voice their concerns, seek clarity, and gain a deeper understanding of the systems in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and professional growth of their children.
One of the key concerns raised during the interaction was regarding the protocol followed in case a trainee falls ill at the workplace. The institute reassured parents that trainees are guided to immediately inform their workplace supervisor, who then communicates with guardians in case of any serious situation. Additionally, if information is shared with the institute by the company, trainers ensure that it is promptly conveyed to the family, maintaining a reliable chain of communication.
Parents also showed keen interest in understanding the institute’s role in ensuring safe transit to workplaces. The institute shared that it makes every possible effort to accompany trainees to their respective companies, prioritizing their safety and comfort. Even in situations where trainers are engaged in classes, alternative arrangements are made, including support from nearby centres such as Golaghat, ensuring that no trainee is left unsupported.
The discussion further highlighted the institute’s commitment to continuous post-placement support. Parents were informed that trainees are regularly monitored through monthly follow-ups, where trainers connect with them to check on their well-being, workplace environment, and timely receipt of salaries. This ongoing engagement reflects the institute’s dedication beyond placement, focusing on sustained career stability and personal welfare.
Addressing concerns related to workplace challenges, including harassment, the institute emphasized its proactive approach in preparing trainees through soft skills training. Trainees are sensitized about personal safety, professional boundaries, and responsible behavior in the workplace. They are encouraged to follow appropriate channels, such as reporting issues to HR or supervisors, to ensure that concerns are addressed effectively. The institute also continues to guide and support trainees in navigating such situations with confidence and awareness.
The Parents’ Query Session was not just an exchange of questions and answers but a reflection of the institute’s commitment to accountability, care, and holistic development. It strengthened the bond between the institute and families, assuring them that every trainee’s journey is supported with responsibility, vigilance, and empathy.
This thoughtful initiative left a lasting impression, reinforcing confidence among parents and reaffirming the institute’s role as a trusted partner in shaping the future of its trainees.
