Community Outreach and Skill Demo Day
19 Dec 2025
On January 5, 2026, as part of the DB Tech 20th anniversary celebrations, students from Don Bosco Tech Society, Hassan, brought learning beyond the classroom to Alur High School through a Community Outreach and Skill Demo Day.
The event was designed to spark curiosity and inspire young minds by highlighting the significance of skill development, career readiness, and practical learning in today’s fast-evolving world. Our students took center stage, sharing their experiences, demonstrating technical skills, and engaging with school students in interactive sessions that bridged theory with hands-on application.
Through live demonstrations and meaningful conversations, the program encouraged students to explore skill-oriented pathways and make informed decisions about their future careers. Beyond showcasing talent, it created an environment where students could envision the possibilities that practical learning opens up, nurturing confidence and ambition.
Initiatives like these not only strengthen ties between the community and educational institutions but also plant the seeds for a generation that values both knowledge and skill. The day at Alur High School was a celebration of curiosity, learning, and the transformative power of hands-on education—a testament to Don Bosco Tech Society’s commitment to empowering students and shaping bright futures.
