Introduction
Don Bosco Tech, Hassan, successfully organized the Inauguration Ceremony of the Digital 
Mitra Batch along with the Valedictory Ceremony of the ITCCE Batch. The event marked 
the beginning of a new learning journey for the Digital Mitra students while celebrating the 
successful completion of the ITCCE training program. 
The program served as an opportunity to encourage the new batch, appreciate the achievements 
of the outgoing students, and motivate everyone towards building a successful career.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Fr. John, Fr. C. L. Verghese, Fr. Yesudas, 
and Fr. Sonychen Mathew. Their presence added great value to the occasion and inspired both 
the incoming and outgoing students.


Objectives
? To formally inaugurate the Digital Mitra Batch. 
? To conduct the valedictory ceremony for the ITCCE Batch.

The program commenced with a warm welcome to all the dignitaries, students, trainers, and 
guests. The inauguration began with a prayer. The Digital Mitra Batch was officially inaugurated 
in the presence of the distinguished guests. During the ceremony, the dignitaries addressed the 
students with inspiring and motivational speeches. Fr. John encouraged the students to remain 
disciplined and make the best use of the training opportunities provided by Don Bosco Tech.

Fr. Verghese emphasized the importance of developing both technical and life skills, stating 
that commitment, honesty, and continuous learning are essential qualities for achieving longterm success.
Fr. Sonychen Mathew, Head of Don Bosco Tech, addressed the gathering by explaining the 
vision and mission of Don Bosco Tech. He encouraged the newly admitted students to actively 
participate in all training activities, improve their communication skills, and prepare themselves 
to become responsible professionals. He also congratulated the ITCCE students for successfully 
completing their training and wished them success in their future careers.
The valedictory ceremony for the ITCCE Batch followed, where the students were appreciated 
for their dedication and commitment throughout the course. 
As part of the celebration, the students presented energetic dance performances, which added 
enthusiasm and joy to the event. The dignitaries appreciated the students' talents and 
participation, making the ceremony memorable for everyone.

As part of the inauguration ceremony, the dignitaries distributed the trainee kits to the newly 
enrolled Digital Mitra students, symbolizing the official commencement of their training 
journey. Each student received the training kit with great enthusiasm and gratitude. 
The distribution of kits marked the beginning of a new phase of learning, discipline, and skill 
development under the guidance of Don Bosco Tech. The dignitaries encouraged the trainees to 
utilize the resources provided effectively and remain committed throughout the course. The 
students expressed their happiness and excitement as they received the kits and embarked on 
their new learning journey.
Following the kit distribution, sweets were distributed among all the students, dignitaries, and 
staff members as a symbol of beginning the new training journey with sweetness, positivity, and 
hope. The gesture reflected the spirit of celebration and togetherness while marking the official 
commencement of the Digital Mitra Batch.
The students received the sweets with joy and enthusiasm, making the occasion more 
memorable. It created a warm and cheerful atmosphere, encouraging the trainees to start their 
learning journey with confidence, dedication, and a positive mindset towards achieving their 
personal and professional goals.

The programme was concluded with vote of thanks by Mr. Darshana P S (Digital Mitra Trainer).
He thanked the invited guests and participants for gracing the occasion by their solemn presence. 
He also thanked the center incharge for providing all kind of facilities to conduct the programme in 
the center.
