On May 23, 2025, Don Bosco Tech Society, Gurdaspur, successfully organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting for Customer Care Executives in the Domestic Non-Voice and E-commerce domains at the training center. This important event was conducted by the dedicated staff members (Mr Ramandeep Singh, Mr Jatinder Singh & Mr. Harmanpreet Singh) of the center with the objective of fostering a strong connection between parents and the institute. The PTM served as a valuable platform for open communication between parents and instructors regarding the academic performance, discipline, attendance, and overall development of the students enrolled in various skill-based training programs.

The meeting witnessed a good turnout of parents and guardians who showed a keen interest in the progress and well-being of their wards. The staff members warmly welcomed the attendees and provided detailed insights into the training modules, student participation, and performance assessments. Each instructor shared feedback on individual students, highlighting their strengths and areas that require improvement.

A major focus of the meeting was to inform parents about the progress their children have made since joining the center. The faculty presented progress reports and demonstrated how practical and theoretical training is helping students develop confidence, improve communication skills, and acquire technical knowledge. The interaction allowed parents to express their concerns, ask questions, and receive guidance on how to further support their children at home.

The PTM also included a brief presentation on the importance of vocational education and how Don Bosco Tech is committed to empowering youth with employable skills. The trainers emphasized the value of punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance, which are essential traits for professional growth. Parents appreciated the efforts of the trainers and acknowledged the positive changes they have observed in their children's behavior and learning attitude.

Overall, the PTM was a fruitful and engaging session that reinforced the collaborative relationship between parents and the institute. The staff of Don Bosco Tech Society, Gurdaspur, expressed gratitude to all the parents for their participation and assured continued support and guidance for the betterment of every student. The meeting concluded with refreshments and informal interaction between parents and trainers, strengthening mutual trust and cooperation.

This PTM reflected Don Bosco Tech Society’s mission to not only train students with skills but also involve their families in the journey of growth and transformation.
