On 23 January 2026, Don Bosco Tech, Karunapuram, successfully conducted the final online assessment for the IT Customer Care Executive (CCE) B6 (250529) batch, marking a significant milestone in the learners’ journey toward professional readiness. The assessment served as a comprehensive evaluation of the students’ knowledge, communication abilities, technical proficiency, and overall preparedness for entry-level roles in the non-voice customer care domain.

Designed to reflect real-world industry expectations, the assessment aimed to measure not only theoretical understanding but also the practical application of skills essential for customer support roles. It focused on evaluating the trainees’ grasp of course content, their ability to handle customer interactions effectively, and their readiness to meet the demands of backend operations and digital communication environments.

The assessment was conducted online by Navriti Technologies, under the supervision of internal trainers and external evaluators, ensuring both credibility and transparency. The structured evaluation process consisted of two key components.

The first phase was a written online test comprising multiple-choice questions, designed to assess knowledge in customer service fundamentals, email and chat etiquette, problem-solving skills, and typing proficiency. Conducted over a duration of 60 minutes, this segment tested the learners’ conceptual clarity and their ability to respond accurately under time constraints.

The second phase involved a practical task that simulated real-time customer interactions. Trainees were required to respond to mock customer queries through email and chat formats. Their responses were evaluated on parameters such as clarity, tone, grammar, accuracy, and effectiveness in resolving issues—skills that are critical in non-voice customer support roles.

A total of 25 candidates participated in the assessment, demonstrating commitment and adaptability in a virtual evaluation environment. Their performance reflected not only the knowledge gained during training but also their confidence in applying these skills in practical scenarios.

The successful completion of the final assessment signifies more than just the end of a training program; it represents the transformation of trainees into capable professionals ready to step into the dynamic world of customer service. It highlights the effectiveness of digital learning methodologies and the ability of students to thrive in technology-driven environments.

Through initiatives like these, Don Bosco Tech continues to uphold its mission of delivering quality training and rigorous assessment standards. The program stands as a testament to its commitment to shaping skilled, confident, and industry-ready individuals who are well-equipped to meet the evolving demands of the customer support sector.
