Report on Guest Lecture Session on Confidence Building

Don Bosco Tech, Punalur

A guest lecture session on confidence building was organized at Don Bosco Tech, Punalur, on 24 June 2026 for the E-Commerce Executive trainees. The session was delivered by Swathikrishan A, B.Sc. Physiology, and around 26 trainees participated actively in the program. The lecture aimed to help the trainees reduce stage fear, build self-confidence, and improve their communication skills in front of an audience.

The session began with a warm welcome and a brief introduction of the resource person. The speaker explained the importance of confidence in personal development and professional life, especially for trainees who need to present themselves effectively in interviews, group discussions, and workplace interactions. The session highlighted that stage fear is common, but it can be reduced through practice, self-awareness, and positive thinking.

The lecture was highly interactive, and the trainees were encouraged to participate throughout the session. The speaker engaged them through meaningful discussions and practical explanations, which helped create a friendly and open atmosphere.
