Introduction

The final assessment was successfully conducted on 13 August 2026. A total of 27 students were scheduled to participate in the assessment, and all 27 students attended and successfully completed the examination. Despite encountering a few minor technical difficulties during the assessment, the examination process was completed smoothly with timely support and intervention from the concerned team.

Assessment Proceedings

The assessment was conducted as scheduled, with all 27 students participating and completing the examination successfully. The overall assessment process proceeded without any major disruption, and the students were able to continue and complete their examinations.

During the assessment, a few technical issues were observed on the system. These issues were minor in nature but required immediate attention to ensure that the students could continue their examinations without significant delay.

The main technical issues encountered were as follows:

  • Permission-related issues: Some students experienced difficulties while providing the required permissions for location and camera access.
  • Digital signature issue: In some instances, the digital signature was displayed in black colour.
  • System hanging/unresponsiveness: The system became unresponsive or temporarily hung for short periods during the examination.
  • Login redirection: In a few cases, students were redirected to the login page while attempting the examination. The affected students were required to log in again before continuing the assessment.

Although these issues occurred intermittently, they did not prevent any student from completing the assessment successfully.

During the assessment, Mr. Krishnakumar, Senior Executive – Kerala State MIS and Finance, was present with the team and provided valuable support throughout the examination process. His timely intervention was particularly helpful in addressing the technical difficulties faced by the students.

Mr. Krishnakumar also contacted the assessor team on the spot whenever technical clarification or additional assistance was required. Through his coordination and support, the issues were addressed as quickly as possible, allowing the affected students to resume and continue their examinations.

His presence and prompt assistance contributed significantly to maintaining the smooth conduct of the assessment and ensuring that the technical issues did not affect the successful completion of the examination.

 Conclusion

Overall, the final assessment conducted on 13 August 2026 was completed successfully. All 27 scheduled students attended and completed the examination, despite the minor technical challenges encountered during the process.

The technical issues were managed effectively through timely intervention and coordination, and there was no major disruption to the overall assessment. We sincerely appreciate and thank Mr. Krishnakumar, Senior Executive – Kerala State MIS and Finance, for his valuable presence, timely support, coordination with the assessor team, and assistance in resolving the issues during the assessment.
