Don Bosco Tech, Kuntighat, embraced the commencement of its ITC Batch 10 Year 2020-21 with a vibrant inaugural ceremony held at the center on March 16, 2021. The event marked the induction of 31 enthusiastic students hailing from diverse locales within and beyond Hooghly district. Despite logistical challenges due to the absence of an auditorium, the team ingeniously transformed a classroom into a festive venue, pulsating with energy and zeal.

The day unfolded with an engaging introduction by our affable host, Sufal Ghosh. Traditional rituals commenced with the ceremonial garlanding and lighting of the lamp in honor of Saint John Bosco, followed by a heartfelt rendition of the National Anthem. Moutushi Pal's graceful rendition of Saraswati Vandana set a serene tone for the proceedings. The cultural panorama unfolded with a medley of performances, including a soulful group song by Rohit Khatick, Surojit Chandra Jana, Suman Bauldas, Shubhadip Ghosh, and a stirring poetry recital by Sutapa Samanta. Adding to the spectacle, a group of students showcased their agility with impressive gymnastic maneuvers, captivating the audience.

The culmination of the event was marked by a rendition of the iconic anthem, "We Shall Overcome," echoing in Hindi, English, and Bengali, symbolizing unity in diversity. Motivational insights flowed freely as esteemed trainer Wasim Mallik shared words of wisdom, igniting inspiration among the gathering. The trainers, in unison, imparted valuable guidance and encouragement, instilling confidence in the budding talents.

The successful conclusion of the program resonated with palpable joy and satisfaction among students, trainers, and guests alike. As a gesture of appreciation, snacks were distributed, eliciting smiles of contentment and camaraderie.
