On the memorable date of September 15, 2021, our virtual doors swung wide open for the eagerly anticipated second online guest lecture, featuring the esteemed Ms. Prity Das as our honored guest.

The stage was set on Google Meet, where students and our special guest, Ms. Das, converged at 11:00 PM. Welcomed warmly by a sea of enthusiastic faces, Ms. Das wasted no time diving into her rich background in the hotel industry, spanning four years of invaluable experience, with her current role as Guest Relations Executive at the prestigious Hotel Rass Mahal Jaipur.

Under the adept guidance of Mr. Atanu Biswas, Ms. Das illuminated the virtual space with insights into the intricacies of the industry. From the importance of longevity in one's tenure at a particular establishment to the art of impeccable guest service, every word she spoke resonated deeply with our eager learners.
