With a rich background spanning from his days as an F&B GSA in Oberoi Mumbai to diverse experiences across India's hospitality landscape, Mr. Roy brought a wealth of knowledge to our eager students.
From the outset, Mr. Roy engaged with our diverse cohort, seamlessly transitioning between English, Hindi, and Bengali. He illuminated the path to success in the hospitality industry, emphasizing the value of tenure at a single establishment and the pivotal role of punctuality. Our students were captivated as he delineated their future roles and responsibilities, highlighting the indispensable skill of English proficiency in guest interactions.
