Mr. Febin R (Senior L&D Manager, SBI Life) took a digital session on ‘Corporate Skills’ to the 24th batch students of Don Bosco Tech, Kollam, on August 13, 2020, via Google Meet. 

The session was about various skills such as Time Management, Professional and Personal Goal Setting, Teamwork, Communication skills, etc.  The session was conducted in such a way to ensure that all the participants were engaged and involved in the training content throughout the 2 hrs. session.  The content was filled with fun activities, stories, and games to ensure joyful learning for the participants.

The session helped the students to understand how to behave in a   professional environment to be successful as a corporate employees.
