Mr. Noel George from Winning Acadamy, Kollam was invited to the center brief the trainees on Personality Development on November 8, 2019. During the session, he talked about ways to form sound characters.

“A person’s words form actions. A person’s actions result in the formation of habits and a person’s habits forms character,” said Mr. George as he began the session.

Thereafter the speaker spoke about the need to walk with a good posture which is a sign of confidence. To support his statement, he cited the example of Dr. Abdul Kalam’s life story. He spoke of how the former President as a poor boy in a poor village had cut out and pasted pictures of a missile to depict his dream.

Mr. Noel spoke about the importance of being surrounded by a positive and healthy environment. He said, “Feed your minds with positive thoughts otherwise it will destroy you.” He added, “It determines the quality of life one lives.”

The session allowed students to introspect and make corrections that suits their life.
