Kerala State Team has organized an online placement orientation meeting at Don Bosco Tech- Kollam on August 10, 2020, via Google Meet.  Mr. Juby Manjali (State Coordinator, Kerala), Mr. Digit Jose (State Finance – Kerala), Mrs. Anila Samson (MIS, Kerala) led the meeting.

They discussed with the trainees about the interview skill, grooming tips, etc. for a better placement. Mr. Juby gave detailed information about the Market Scan method and how it helps them to achieve a good placement. Trainees interacted with them very efficiently and they clarified their doubts. He made a personal interaction with the students and asks them about their expectations regarding placement. Students were willing to know about their salary and job role. He convinced the students about the current market trends and the effect of the pandemic in the job sector. 

The meeting was very worthy and it helps the trainees to know the placement matters more.
