04 Apr 2024
On April 4, 2024, from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, Don Bosco Tech Kollam successfully conducted the final evaluation for the CRM (Domestic Non-Voice) candidates of batch 240014. This comprehensive assessment, carried out by Palmary Project & Service Pvt Ltd, involved 25 dedicated students undergoing separate evaluation sessions. Despite encountering several challenges that needed resolution, the evaluation marked a significant milestone in our training program.
Supported by Accenture, a global leader in IT services, and our dedicated team at Don Bosco Tech, we remain committed to empowering individuals with the essential skills and knowledge for workforce success. This collaboration not only contributes to the socioeconomic upliftment of individuals but also fosters a brighter future for our communities.
The CRM course spans 90 days, during which 25 students receive both technical and financial support from Accenture. Our partnership with the Don Bosco Tech Society provides unemployed youth from economically challenged backgrounds with substantial, free employment training. The primary objective of the final evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of our teaching methods in achieving the overarching goal of delivering skill-based training at no cost.
The final evaluation method serves as a crucial tool for measuring and analyzing the actual outcomes of the training for each enrolled student. By doing so, we can ensure that our program not only meets its goals but also continues to improve, ultimately helping our students to succeed in the workforce and beyond.
