The final evaluation for the CRM (Domestic Non-Voice) candidates batch (230612) at Don Bosco Tech Kollam was successfully concluded on January 19, 2024. This evaluation, facilitated by Mettl, encompassed 37 students who underwent separate sessions. The 90-day course received technical and financial backing from Accenture, a testament to our commitment to providing free, high-quality employment training to unemployed youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

At Don Bosco Tech, we strive to ensure that our training methodologies effectively equip individuals with the skills needed for employment. The evaluation process, conducted online, consisted of three sections with a total of 55 questions. However, certain challenges surfaced during the evaluation, including issues with link visibility on certain devices, session loading problems, and time constraints for completing the exam within the allocated 1.5-hour timeframe.

Despite these challenges, prompt efforts were made to address them, ensuring a smooth evaluation process for all participants. Such challenges serve as valuable feedback, guiding us in refining our processes and enhancing the overall training experience.

With the support of Accenture and our dedicated team at Don Bosco Tech, we continue to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce, thereby contributing to their socioeconomic upliftment and fostering a brighter future for our communities.
