On December 7, 2020 DB. Tech Kollam conducted a guest class regarding tele calling and the marketing process to the trainees of DB.Tech Kollam. The session was conducted by Mrs. Nice Susan Paul from Integrated Global Business Training School, Kollam. The welcome address was given by Mrs.Smitha RR, Trainer DB.Tech Kollam. Therefore, She explained some technics in telecalling and how to do a sale through the telephone.  She offered some vacancies for our students, and a few students showed their willingness to join there after the completion of the course.
