On August 11th, 2021, Don Bosco Nitika welcomed a beacon of inspiration, Mr. Nayan Das, Junior Chef de Partie from the esteemed Diner 49B in Jodhpur Park, for an enlightening session with the budding talents of ITC-East, Year 9, 2021-22, Batch 3 & 4. With 66 eager minds in attendance, anticipation filled the air as they awaited insights into the real-life dynamics of the culinary world.
Mr. Das kickstarted the session by delving into his personal journey, a narrative woven with perseverance and ambition. From humble beginnings as an assistant cook to scaling the ranks to Junior CDP, his tale resonated deeply with the audience, igniting a spark of determination within each listener.
