The Inaugural Program held at Don Bosco Tech (Nitika) for Batch 7, 8, 9, and 10 of ITC-East 2022-23 in Year 10 on November 16, 2022, was a resounding success and a memorable event for all involved. The program commenced at 11:00 am with a solemn prayer, followed by the garlanding of St. Don Bosco's portrait and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the start of a new journey for the 125 candidates and their parents. Esteemed guests including Brother Thirumalachalil Roy John, Father Pritam Barla, Mr. Kunal Shaw, Mr. Goutam Maitra, Mr. Tarun Kumar Borgi, Mr. Sunny Mondal, Ms. Sarnali Sikdar, Ms. Estrela Osta, Mr. Sailen Pari, and the entire student body graced the occasion with their presence.

The program featured captivating performances such as a solo classical dance, group dances, a duet song with beatboxing, and a group act, showcasing the diverse talents of the students and adding vibrancy to the event. Brother Roy and Father Pritam Barla extended warm welcomes and shared insightful messages with the attendees, setting a tone of enthusiasm and positivity for the academic year ahead. During the program, Brother Roy highlighted the significance of ITC projects, emphasized the importance of placement and retention of placed trainees, and articulated the purpose behind organizing the event, inspiring everyone with his words.
