On July 1st and 2nd, 2022, Don Bosco Tech, New Delhi, orchestrated a dynamic Training of Trainers event that brought together 15 trainers, including center heads, at the Don Bosco Provincial House in Hyderabad. The training commenced on the first day at 09:00 am with a soulful prayer song and a warm welcome by Fr. Kishore, the vice provincial. This set the tone for an engaging and enlightening session.

Fr. George Mathew, the executive Director of Don Bosco Tech, along with Ms. Niveditha from the National office, and Mr. Suresh and Mr. Balaraju from the state office, delved into crucial topics. They discussed the Don Bosco Tech project cycle, covering pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation phases. The trainers gained insights into executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring process follow-ups on the ground, and understanding their roles and responsibilities during mobilization, training, and placement stages.

The highlight of the event was the interactive session where trainers and center heads shared their learnings, experiences, challenges, and solutions during the implementation of Don Bosco Tech projects in their respective centers. This exchange of ideas and experiences added immense value to the training program.

Moving to the second day on July 3rd, 2022, the training continued with a recap of the previous day's proceedings. Resource persons conducted sessions on various pertinent topics such as the complete Employee Life Cycle with a focus on policies and processes, finance systems specific to Don Bosco Tech, and the intricacies of the placement process including documentation, tracking, challenges, and solutions.

Fr. Mathew George, the executive Director, led an insightful session on the National Skill Quality Framework (NSQF), highlighting its importance in the skilling ecosystem. He emphasized the government's standards and norms for course content, the significance of assessments conducted by the National Skilling Council, and the international recognition of certifications issued post-assessment.

Towards the conclusion, there was an open forum for center in-charges and trainers to address any doubts or concerns, particularly regarding installments, which were promptly assured to be looked into and resolved. The Training of Trainers program received accolades from all participants for its usefulness and practicality. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Fr. Sanjay, the State in-charge, expressing gratitude to the resource persons and participants alike for their active engagement and contributions.
