The inauguration and induction program for Accenture-12, Batch-4, 5, and 6, which began on August 22, was a remarkable success, providing a rich and immersive experience for the new trainees. Under the expert guidance of Ms. Juliana, an accomplished trainer in Communicative English and ITE, the program not only welcomed the trainees but also equipped them with essential skills and knowledge for their upcoming journey.

Ms. Juliana’s approach was both innovative and captivating. The first day kicked off with an introduction to the institution's diverse facets, including an ice-breaking session and self-introductions. She skillfully connected the trainees with the prestigious legacy of Don Bosco Tech Society by showcasing the Don Bosco SERI video and narrating the story of St. John Bosco through a movie. Additionally, she introduced employability skills through engaging presentations and videos, while also familiarizing them with the institution's policies, regulations, and daily routines.

On Day 2, Ms. Juliana conducted lively activities such as MILY (Make It Like Yesterday) with a humorous twist, a quiz on St. John Bosco, and discussions focused on grooming and communication skills. The interactive group discussions on communication barriers and their solutions kept the trainees actively engaged, enhancing their understanding and enjoyment.

Day 3 saw Ms. Juliana infusing fun into learning with an action song and reinforcing previous lessons through interactive quizzes. Sessions on goal setting, time management, and sharing success stories of past trainees added depth to the program, inspiring the trainees toward personal and professional growth.

The focus on Day 4 was on attitude development, providing a platform for trainees to showcase their talents and overcome stage fear by taking on various roles. Introducing them to their responsibilities for the upcoming Inauguration Program instilled a sense of accountability and dedication, motivating them to excel in their assigned tasks.

Finally, Day 5 marked the transition of trainees into their domain classes with introductory sessions led by their respective trainers, setting the stage for focused learning and skill enhancement.

Overall, the induction program was a resounding success, fostering interaction and camaraderie among the trainees while imparting valuable insights, knowledge, and a sense of purpose as they embarked on their educational journey at Don Bosco Tech Society.
