On 15 December 2025, Don Bosco Tech Monsada organized a Self-Introduction Competition at the Don Bosco Tech Hall Room, creating a vibrant platform for students to discover their voices and present their identities with confidence. The program was thoughtfully designed to nurture essential communication skills, encourage public speaking, and help students learn the art of professional self-presentation—an ability that plays a crucial role in personal growth and workplace success.

A total of 33 students participated enthusiastically in the competition. The event began with a warm welcome to the students, trainers, and judges, followed by a clear explanation of the purpose and structure of the activity. One by one, participants took the stage to introduce themselves within the allotted time, sharing insights into their backgrounds, interests, strengths, and aspirations. For many students, this experience served as an important step toward overcoming stage fear and building self-confidence.

The panel of judges attentively evaluated each presentation, focusing on clarity of expression, confidence, fluency, body language, and overall presentation style. The competition witnessed a rich diversity of expression—some participants impressed with their poise and fluency, while others stood out for their creativity and originality. Each presentation reflected the unique personality and potential of the students, making the session both engaging and inspiring.

Following the completion of all presentations, the judges carefully reviewed their assessments and selected the top three performers through a transparent and structured evaluation process. This approach fostered a healthy competitive spirit while motivating all participants to continuously improve their communication abilities.

The concluding session was marked by an encouraging address from Mr. Prokash Halder, Communication Trainer, who congratulated all participants for their efforts. He emphasized that the true success of the competition lay not in winning prizes, but in building confidence, breaking inhibitions, and developing the courage to speak in front of an audience. His motivational message inspired students to practice regularly and view communication as a lifelong skill.

Subsequently, Mr. Sebak Kumar Munda, Digital Mitra Trainer, announced the results and declared the first, second, and third prize winners amid enthusiastic applause. The winners were appreciated for their outstanding performances, while all participants were acknowledged for their commitment and willingness to step forward and learn.

The Self-Introduction Competition held on 15 December 2025 proved to be a meaningful and impactful initiative. It offered students a valuable opportunity to express themselves, strengthen their communication skills, and grow in confidence. The event reaffirmed Don Bosco Tech Monsada’s commitment to holistic student development and its focus on empowering young individuals with essential life and workplace skills.
