As a part of the Digital Mitra B7(260061) program under Don Bosco Tech Society, an industrial visit was organized to provide real-time exposure and experiential learning to the trainees. This visit aimed at bridging the gap between classroom learning and practical implementation in the industry. The Digital Mitra program focuses on equipping underprivileged youth with digital skills relevant to the current job market, and this visit was a step forward in making the learners industry-ready.
Objective of the Visit:
The main objectives of this industrial visit were:
- To offer practical exposure to the workings of a digital service-based industry.
- To understand the application of soft skills, digital tools, and communication strategies in a professional environment.
- To observe the use of digital platforms such as CRM, data management systems, and customer service software.
- To motivate the students by showing their real career paths and growth opportunities in the digital sector.
- To help learners envision the professional work culture and discipline expected from industry employees.
Participants:
A total of 4 trainees, accompanied by Mr. Sebak Kumar Munda (Digital Mitra Trainer), participated in the visit. The group was enthusiastic and prepared, having undergone foundational training in computer literacy, digital communication, and workplace readiness.

Upon arrival, the trainees were warmly welcomed by the company’s HR and training departments. The session started with a brief corporate introduction, where officials shared the company’s history, mission, and services in the digital field, including client interaction, service support, and data processing.
