On 06 January 2026, Don Bosco Tech Monsada Centre transformed its Centre Hall Room into a space filled with imagination, emotion, and powerful voices as it hosted a Storytelling Competition aimed at nurturing communication skills, creativity, and self-expression among its trainees. The event was thoughtfully organized as part of the centre’s ongoing commitment to interactive learning and confidence-building, reinforcing the belief that strong communication lies at the heart of personal growth and employability.

The competition witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 40 trainees representing different batches, each bringing a unique story and perspective to the stage. The atmosphere was vibrant and encouraging, as participants confidently narrated stories drawn from moral lessons, real-life experiences, imaginative plots, and socially relevant issues. Through expressive voice modulation, meaningful pauses, engaging gestures, and confident eye contact, the trainees succeeded in captivating both the audience and the judges, turning simple narratives into memorable performances.

The event was evaluated by Mr. Provakar Majumder and Miss Mou Biswas, who assessed the participants on originality, clarity of thought, pronunciation, fluency, expression, confidence, and overall presentation. The judges expressed their appreciation for the courage and effort displayed by the trainees, noting a remarkable improvement in their communication abilities and stage presence. They encouraged the participants to continue honing these skills, emphasizing their importance beyond the classroom.

At the end of the competition, Mr. Sebak Kumar Munda, Digital Mitra Trainer, announced the winners and congratulated them for their outstanding performances.
