The 3-Day Electrical Skills Module was successfully conducted at Don Bosco Tech Sabbavaram on 11th December 2025. The program aimed to provide students with essential electrical knowledge and hands-on skills required for safe and efficient work in digital and office environments.

Objectives of the Training

• To introduce basic electrical concepts
• To build awareness on electrical safety
• To provide hands-on wiring and tool practice
• To enable safe handling of computer and office electrical setups

Training Coverage

Day 1: Electrical Basics and Safety
Students were introduced to electricity fundamentals, AC/DC, voltage, current, resistance, and safety concepts such as earthing, fuse, MCB, overload, and short circuits.

Day 2: Wiring and Tools Practice
Hands-on sessions included wire stripping, plug fitting, fuse replacement, simple circuit building, and fault identification.

Day 3: Office and Computer Electrical Setup
Students learned about UPS, stabilizers, surge protectors, load calculation, and safe electrical setup for computer labs.
