Don Bosco Tech, Chandigarh, organized WORLD AIDS DAY on Dec 1st, 2020, for the trainees of both batches. 25 Students participated in the online zoom application.
Out of 25 participants, a few students gave their speech on “Aids Awareness”. Some students have made posters displaying a message on HIV as to next generation must not get that should be not only in India but across the globe. They also told us the guidelines given by the WHO as to how to protect ourselves from getting infected with HIV, our trainers suggested the guidelines to the young generation to protect themselves from the virus.
We made the trainees aware that so far 38 million people are affected throughout the world by the virus and every year it is increasing day by day. . The people who are suffering from the disease are given free medicines in India to survive with hope. We also told that in all the schools in India, free lectures are provided by the AIDS control societies to create awareness among the students. All the students were made aware and promised the nation that they impart their knowledge to other people too.
