Guest Lecture(Assistant Beauty Therapist Domain)

On 9th of December 2019, there was a guest Lecture for Beauty Assistant  Therapist Domain at Chandigarh Centre. D B Tech Team called Mr. Kartik from Chandigarh for guest lecture, he is working as a senior Hair Dresser at Hair Buzz which is located at Sector 19 D,Chandigarh.He started his career from Beauty and wellness sector and  has a lot of  experience in the same. He visited our centre for the second time and shared his experience with the trainees of Beauty Assistant  Therapist  Domain.

Mr. Kartik first introduced himself to the trainees and started his conversation with the trainees by sharing his professional experience,also shared the basics of Beauty Assistant Therapist sector and discussed all the important points related to this sector and it's growth rate. He gave practical experience to the trainees about rebonding  and hair cut on our Trainer(Ms. Meena Kumari). Trainees felt very excited and amazed to see the change in the personality of the trainer.

 

Apart from this he also shared the information related to various things that should be taken care at workplace like integrity, discipline, punctuality, honesty, dedication towards work and way of talking. As this industry is mainly based on customer service, he also talked about the importance of communication skills in this sector and in our lives as well.

He has given examples from his own life that how important is to do a job in our lives and to be independent. So to avoid that we have to develop any kind of skill for  ourselves so that we can earn our livelihood, become self-dependent and along with this we can support our family financially.

The trainees felt very happy and motivated after the guest lecture and they promised that they will give complete dedication and focus towards training.

He finally comes to an end by resolving the queries of all the trainees and motivated them to be focussed during the training time and gave them best of Luck for their future career.
