On July 8, 2020, there was a guest Lecture for C.R.M and Assistant Beauty Therapist Domains via the Zoom Meeting app. It was conducted by the Don Bosco Tech Chandigarh team.
They invited Ex. Faculty of Don Bosco Ms. Sunanda. She has a vast knowledge of BPO and Accounting. She has sound knowledge on how to appear in the interview and what objections can become during an interview. CRM trainees and beautician trainees have attended this session. There were approximately 50 members including trainees and trainers in the session.
Ms. Sunanda has worked as an Accountant and project coordinator at Don Bosco Tech Chandigarh. She had started her career as an Accountant. She started her job at Virgo Industries as an accountant. Then she had moved to the BPO sector. She discussed the interview process. She talked about the Q & A during the interview and how to handle the objections. This session was useful for all domain trainees because it was not only a skill-based session but also about the hesitation and nervousness during the interview which will help them their all life.
The trainees felt very happy and motivated after the guest lecture and they promised that they also give complete dedication and focus towards training and can get a job as well after the completion of training.
