On July 21st, 2023, Don Bosco Tech Shillong hosted a significant campus interview in collaboration with JW Marriott Kolkata for the Housekeeping Trainees B1 program, a part of the LTI Mind Tree Project 'Skills for Dignity.' The interview was conducted by Ms. Tvisha Saini, the Human Resource and Training Manager, aimed at selecting 30 trainees.

From the pool of candidates, 7 trainees displayed exceptional potential and were promptly short-listed. However, the process involved further evaluation through two rounds of interviews conducted by the HOD and GM. Ms. Saini provided invaluable feedback, emphasizing the importance of enhancing confidence levels and communication skills. She also offered encouragement, advising candidates to view this experience as an opportunity for growth and improvement. With upcoming projects in the pipeline, she assured them of future chances to succeed.
