On 19 June 2024, Miss Nancy Kharsahnoh, an esteemed alumna of the Shillong center's October 2023 batch, returned to her alma mater to deliver an inspiring guest lecture to the first batch of Food and Beverage Service Associates under the Skills Meghalaya project. Currently employed at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad—one of the world's largest film studio complexes—Miss Kharsahnoh's visit was a beacon of inspiration for the aspiring service professionals.

Miss Kharsahnoh, who was home for personal reasons before returning to her role at Ramoji Film City, captivated the trainees with her compelling journey from a shy trainee to a successful professional.
